Shul classes and projects

 

Bay shul currently has the following classes and services for our jewish community:

Weekly Torah Classes:

 

Sunday 7:30 a.m. Gemora Class given by Rabbi Zehnwirth.
 
Tuesday after evening services  
A Taste of Talmud given by Rabbi Grunberg.
Join our guided tour through the back and forth of Gemora in a user-friendly atmosphere.
No previous knowledge necessary.

Thursday 8:15 p.m. Melachim 2 / Kings II given by Rabbi Miller.

Thursday 9:15 p.m. Talmud - Tractate of Megilla given by Rabbi Miller. 
 
The "Meaning of Prayer" (Beiur Teffilah) for women on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 am at the Zehnwirth Residence.
 

 

 

 

R. Zlatopolsky's weekly shiur:

 

An exciting shiur given by Rabbi Zlatopolsky on the different topicks of Halaha and Talmud every Sunday at 9:30. ( in Russian ).

We believe that every Jew has the right to access the beauty of their heritage and it's relevance in a warm and non - judgemental environment. The Sisterhood project - Tehillim group:

 

The women meet every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at the home of Rebbetzin Elisa Zehnwirth in Buffalo Grove.  We read Tehillim and then study the Chofetz Chaim.  If anyone has any questions about it they can reach Golda Rivka at goldarivka@hotmail.com

The Sisterhood project - Bikur Cholim group:

 

Bikur Cholim Group that started a few months ago by Rebbetzin Elisa Zehnwirth. It is now being run by Sima Rubin. If anyone has any questions about it they can reach Golda Rivka at goldarivka@hotmail.com.
